ATV cruising again 6/16

Up at 10 again and ate another wonderful breakfast. By the time everyone was ready it was almost 1. It was quite a large group, Shari and Dusty and the boys were in a convertible since Graham didn't want to get on an ATV, Jason and Tamra, Kassie and Dan, then Andy and I. We jumped on the ATVs and headed to the lighthouse at the south end of the island. The lighthouse went so interesting but we walked around to see the cliffs and the amazing view of the rest of the island. Next we hit up some history and saw prehistoric dwellings from 3000 BC.

We were so hot it was time for food and beach. We went to a beach that started with a V and went to Little Fish restaurant and had a smorgasbord. We ate crab salad, carpaccio, ceviche, friend shrimp, uni, tomato balls, grilled sardines, octopus and squid. One of the best seafood meals ever. Now that we were full and had lots of wine it was time for the beach. We went a little bit down the road to another black sand beach. We quickly grabbed umbrellas and more drinks. We ran into the ocean so fast. It was pretty warm and the sandbar we could stand on was delightful. We relaxed and drank and watched Hayden and Graham give Jason a sand massage then a hot rock massage.

It was already 6 so we headed back to watch the Germany Portugal World Cup game. We went to a restaurant and caught the game right as Germany scored their 3 goal. I had more fun with Graham on my lap playing  games on my phone. Andy watched the game with Hayden as we snacked on some food for dinner.

Back at the villa for our last night. Dusty made negronis and we chatted all night long. Shari asked the boys what their favorite part of the day was. Hayden said watching soccer with Andy and Graham said sitting on my lap during the soccer game. Jason was leaving early in the morning so we said our goodbyes. We stayed up to watch some of the USA Ghana game but I passed out. Another successful day and night of enjoying vacation.
