We went to the Hard Rock Cafe

and i had the most delicious hamburger in my life! yes, all of you can talk all the shit you want, but i deserved that hamburger. it was the most fulfilling wonderful piece of meat i’ve ever eaten and i’ll do it again as soon as soon as i get the chance :) the freakin rickshaw drivers have no idea where anything is in this city. i have no idea how they function this long not knowing where key locations are. we asked sooo many people where stuff is and they all act like they know- that’s what messes you up. you think they know- they don’t- so you end up walking in the wrong direction for 30 min. it’s not that they are trying to fuck with us- maybe they are trying to be helpful? did i mention how good that burger was???!! i’m done with bargaining too. i just don’t care enough to shop and haggle over each piece. i was about to give up yesterday then lynnette quote a price. he said yes to i got it. i could care less how much i pay anymore, i just want to be done with it! looking forward to get back to the US and pay the price on the tag. we’re thinking about going Indonesia for the day to the beach instead of staying in Singapore for 2 days. it’s nice but it’s really just a huge shopping mall of a city- and the prices aren’t even that good. we only have 2 hours today of lecture thank god. i’m zoning out so much anymore i’m happy as long as i keep my eyes open. need to get ready for class- hopefully we’ll be at the pool today! i need some r&r. till then…
